I have been playing NW for some time and have spent over £100 sterling buying Zen and all of this has gone on lockbox keys, having opened around 200 boxes I have gained one mid-range mount and the rest is mainly professions kits of some type, I think the chance of gaining a decent mount or pet is so high it makes putting money into this game a waste of time and cash, we have lost ADs from professions and now from preying so I ask are this games bosses only interested in getting our cash for virtualy no reward?

My gun broken, my vehicle out of gas, and money being sucked out of my bank account, I stopped playing the game and realized it was nothing more than an online casino. So if you read a review, about some Russian player selling his space station in that game for $250,000 or other fairytales, don't buy it.
Also my guild VP stopped playing this game after purchasing 1 month VIP at 50% off, he told me he had better things to do in the real world. He and I are good friends in the real world. We need to remember there is a real world with real people that need us. Worth and value is entirely up to individual definitions.
never spent zen on keys alone though
i.e. you have VIP benefit and the lotto is the bonus.
The Tradebars I have got enabled me to get some Warborn pieces which are really nice and I spend far too much on TB's on fashion/dyes etc.
But as I said, I open them mainly for the TB's and hope for something nice on top.
LockBox's wouldn't buy them keys without the added item...like FrosTburn Armor or Pet.
Though if you do allot of runs and make an extra 50k ad in game an buy the ZEN to purchase a key with a coupon...like somebody said...lottery ticket...sometimes it pays off big...mostly not.
