I lost connection in a pvp match and when I logged back in had this penalty also it doesn't expire, it just keeps restarting itself so now I can't go any que

    known bug I believe. If the leaver penalty says you cant que for 40 minutes, just wait those 40 minutes and then logout. Once you log back in you should be able to que again. If you dont logout during the penalty, the timer will keep getting restarted. Very annoying yes but this is the only solution I've found
