It clearly says it includes dragonborn pack which is yet out for ps4 anyway and it's still full price in ps-store

    they mean anything on Zen store they dont offer those discounts cupons over PSN

    The thing is though the Dragon Race Pack is a PSN item only. They will eventually add the Dragonborn race to the game but just the race is the same price as the PSN Dragonborn pack, that is something to think about.
