    It probably doesn't make sense for them to start it until there are more guilds in, at least, the GH 8 to 12 range. AFAIK, LGPG is the only one. It won't really benefit anyone to join an alliance if all the members are GH 6 or less. Everyone will want to be a Helm for the discount.

    We are guild Hall 4 - almost 5, with two other in game guilds already - it would benefit us greatly - simply to be able to play with each other in whoevers stronghold - I also know of two other guilds who haven't been charging money to grow their stronghold who are in the same boat. Yes, the alliance system benefits guild at GH 6 blah blah, but it would also benefit those who aren't. Its not just about the boons.
