Auction House bugs

So I was bidding on this bag the other day and the bidding has now ended.. but I never got the bag, or even my diamonds back. It's just been stuck like this, can you guys help?




And while I'm here I and everybody else I've spoken to are unable to remove lots we've set up once they have expired, it's very annoying as some of us have now lost access to valuable items.

Fixes for both would be great.
