"The Dreadful Dungeon" & other Surveys

Are these useful? I've got a runic bag full of Dreadful, Forest of Peril, and Blank Report Card..
Each item takes up an inventory spot, so if I only need a couple, I'd like to discard a few.

    As far as I can tell you only need 1 dreadful, 1 forest, and 4 report cards
    Dramacus 3.1 SW, Raven 2.9 HR, Aurora Shadowbain 2.7 GF, Mirduatas Vras 2.5 DC
    Si Vis Pacem 2.5 DC, Jade Shadowbain 2.4 CW, Para Bellum 1.5 GWF, President Not Sure lvl 69 OP
    Faith Shadowbain lvl 69 DC, Toof Fairy lvl 68 GWF, Arnie Shadowbain lvl 63 GF

    Where did you see this?
    I looked under the campaign, but didn't see where any of the tasks required them.. At least I think I looked.

    Report Cards x4 needed for Dungeon Master Portobello's Game (1 needed for each step)

    Dreadful x1 & Forrest x1 needed for unlocking "Survey Says" in Dungeon Masters Respen's Game

    I was finished with Respen's Game before I looked.. Makes sense.
