Weapons not showing on character as equipped / "Shift" skill not working

Hi everyone,

I hope I can get some help here.

I stumbled upon this bug when I was just playing my Trickster Rogue like I always do.

- When I logged in, I noticed that the character in the login screen no longer has the weapons showing like it used to. I thought it was just my internet being slow, so I entered the game like I normally do.
- I started getting in combat, and when I was supposed to "dodge" the attack (the "shift" skill), it does not work and there is a red font that says that I have to equip a weapon.
- I have tried switching around weapons, requipping, but none of these work.
- I have tried all my other characters (I have two accounts), my Scourge Warlock under the same account can do the shift ability just fine.
- I also noticed that during battle, the character only shows one dagger when attacking, instead of the usual two. However, the TR can do the attacks just fine, but cannot shift.

I did a character respec, but this shouldn't have caused this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
