Patching issues

Since last night, my game won't go further that 46.1%.
It says :
Patched 78.2mb/171mb

Received 956mb

Can anybody help me fix this problem pls?

    I get this issue Every-Single-Time there is a patch and I'm REALLY Sick of it.

    Tried all the solutions I've found and the only thing I've found that works is downloading the whole game again, which I hate doing because on AUS 'Internet' that takes Way too long.
    Otherwise it Sometimes fixes itself if I keep clicking "Cancel" and then start the patch again. But currently it's been about 30mins and still keeps getting stuck on 93.5% to 93.9% of 84Mb each time I restart it.

    I have also recently reformatted my whole computer, installed NW on different hard-disks and still it has this annoying issue.
