PS4 - Trade House Listings invisible - BUG

tl;dr - sometimes some consignments put on the trade house do not show up when searched for and are not searchable.

Backstory
This was bought to my attention by a friend who listed a 300k artifact, only to discover when searching for artifacts only 6 showed up his was not visible. this was from the moment he listed it, so he took it down and relisted to no avail. it cost him quite a bit doing this a few times, eventually he left it, reported it, and it must have resolved at some point because it did sell.

My Case
Now the same thing has happened to me, but the situation is actually dare i say a little worse. I have listed some greater resonance stones. whilst playing around with bidding and listing fees i listed a 1AD bid price there have been some bids it went up to 9 AD, but for the past 2 days the 3 in particular resonance stones have not been visible on the AH

What this essentially means is no one can see my listing, not from the start, but it has occured shortly after the listing. which is particularly annoying as just last evening the price of greater resonance stone went up to 14k so guaranteed if my listings were visible they would have sold. instead someone is going to get my resonance stones that i paid 10,000 AD for for <10 AD. and because there has been a bid, i cannot unlist the item.

This is Most unacceptable, i don't want to make a 30,000 AD loss, on an item that's likely to double in value in a week, when double refining on PS4 hits. because of some bug in the trade house. what can i do about this item?

my consignments list my ended sold items and expired items are stuck in consignment list saying all expired and none of them have transfered to my mail box to collect.. sold or unsold items

Yes I have the same problem. I have a Azure Enchantment, Rank 10 up for 25,000 AD high Bid and 600,000 AD buyout, and somebody has bid ONCE on it for 25K AD, the game goes into Maintenance and my Listing disappears off my the search for Rank 10 enchants, though i can see it in my consignments, I've asked several of my friends to search specifically of my listing and have not found the item, My accounts name is Thor@westsideGERMAN, please, PLEASE help GM's as i don't want to loose that many AD's

I don't know if this is the same thing, but Neverdeath Equipment Packs do not show up in the exchange house at all. I even posted some thinking maybe someone else can see them, but they all returned to me unsold. I suppose perhaps nobody simply bought them, but I still couldn't see them, or any others for that matter.

This happens on Tuesdays or whenever they do an update. It happened to me today all my listing say they are listed, but they are not. Most of my listing have low bids on them and now that no one can find them I will lose all my auctions to very low bids. This happened last week too. I am out like a million AD. This is not acceptable.

ALL Auction listings placed before todays (8/30/2016) server maintenance are glitched. Your items appear as being listed but they cannot be searched. So if you listed an item and someone put the minimum bid on now they will win that auction and no one else can bid on it. THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM!!!! Needs to be fix ASAP. All Listings placed before the update that were still active should be automatically canceled by Arc, before people lost millions of AD.

This happened to me too. Someone got my Rider's Strongbox of Enchantments for 1500 because of this damn glitch. I feel cheated as I spent real money for the zen to get this item.
