Prophecy of Madness skipping a phase

At 12:04pm 8/16/16 I pugged a Prophecy of Madness. I believe the variant was "Protect the Prophecy". Phase one, we get gold, with 50 seconds left on the timer. When the timer runs out, literally 3-4 seconds into the second phase where you are supposed to insert the tokens into the pillars, it says "failed" and the balor instantly comes out. We kill it and get gold. Final result is silver, because of no medal for phase two, because it basically completely skipped phase two on us. This skirmish is named perfectly. I am truly going "mad" from doing this skirmish. I have done it every day, multiple times for a month and a half, and have only gotten ONE plus 3 ring. Ridiculous.

    Wow, no one else has encountered this? Well I have something new to add. I got into a group on Friday 8/19/16 and we were consistently getting "gold" in the PoM. After the 3rd gold run, for the next consecutive 3 runs, we also got gold, but I was unable to open the chests, even though I had three epic demonic keys to open the chest. The option would not even show up for me. I recorded the last run I did, and showed how It would not let me open the chest, even with the keys in my inventory. I would really like a dev to say anything, even "wow, that's a bummer" just to know if they actually read these and care.....
