Can't bid on auction in AH

I'm not sure if it's a bug or I just don't understand something but I was trying to bid on an artifact in Auction House and I couldn't. I wanted to place a bid, the price was about 600k AD, but when I clicked X it turned out I need additional 50k AD, so I exchanged some ZEN and refined AD. When I tried to bid again I just couldn't even press X and place a bid. It was 20 min till the auction was over. I ask my friend to check if he could place a bid and he could.

    I'm having the same prob, after 9 min ...can't place a bid...my friend limit is 11 min...I have others that don't have any issues with that.
    That's ridiculous im losing a lot good offers in the auction house cause of that
    IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED NOW

    yeah i agree i cant bid on anything under 15 mins its very annoying sense some bid's are lower then buy outs :(
