I just started playing a few weeks ago and have since gathered a few oddities that have been tripping my OCDness. So I thought I'd ask about them and find out if it's just my machine or if they're shared glitches, and finally silence me broken brain.
- The "Options" panel has a split memory. The version before entering the game world tends to forget some settings, mainly those under "Display" and "Graphics". The version while within the game world never forgets. Which one is being completely honest?
- Default keybinds appear to be "ghosting" at varying degrees between characters, after having been removed and changed. As of right now I have two characters. Both are using the same keybind layout of my own arrangement, yet my first character seems to have far more ghosting default keybinds than my second character.
- After entering Protector's Enclave, or after entering a different region/instance while in possession of regeneration items, or when entering the radius of a campfire, my character will receive a random amount of healing despite already being at full health and uninjured, with or without temporary hitpoints. What's up with that? Do I have invisible boo-boos I'm not allowed to know about?
- The "Combat Powers" portion of the "Powers" panel consistantly jitters..As though those abilities fear how I may react should they fail me, lol.
I was also going to mention both my characters being stuck with incorrect History origins(I did not select what is being displayed), and the "Aquire First Mount" quest notice under the "New Unlocks" panel, despite being finished..But two other recent and related threads have already provided answers.

That heal is because you were not at full health, maybe you were missing 1 or 2 hit points, so your healing stuff will heal for the amount they display but you only get you the remaining hitpoints back, happens when someone with for example VIP, comes closer to you, he gives you additional hit points because thats what vip bonus does, and you regenerate those hp.
If im missing 1k hp, and i life steal for 1 million damage, the green number would appear as 1 million, but i regain 1k hp only.
Your combat powers panel behaving strange, maybe has something to do with interface scaling, there are several bugs when you scale your interface.
Adquire your first mount requires to buy a mount with a free mount token if i remember correctly.
When you approach a campfire or PE, you get a buff from the campfire which also raises max HP temporarily, thus you need to "heal" for the temporary increase.
When you rebind a key it only ADDS the new keybinding and DOES NOT replace the original one.
Therefore you wind up with both the games default keybinding and your new keybinding both still being active, even if the UI shows only your new keybinding!
In the end I wound up saving my keybinds out to a file using /bind_save and manually editing the file to reassign ALL the default keybind actions to nothing. Actually, I bound them to a single space character as I found some keybinds, like toggle the quest path, ignored empty action bindings but didn't ignore the binding action if it was a single space character.
Interestingly, the keybind file isn't saved out in an easy-to-edit format, all keybindings are saved out as keyboard scan-codes. However, sometimes the keybindings you specify with the /bind console command will show up as normal text, and then at some random point in the future when you /bind_save or /bind_save_file they will be written out as scan-codes.
All-in-all I found the keybinding system to be quite frustrating and not something I would have expected, you would think that a game that heavily relies on keybindings would at least get the ability to add and/or change them correct.
I have a heavily modified keybinding layout, to achieve this with no ghosting of default keybinds I manually edited my keybindings file to tweak my setup and essentially null out the default keybinds while adding in my new keybinds.
Here is my ent_keybinds.txt file, I have placed comments after each line
Below is a notated version of my keybinds file, at the end of each line is the actual keybind represented by the scan-code at the beginning of the line!
Lines that have " " "" after the scan-code and before the (comment) will null out that keybind to remove the default keybind ghosting.
NOTE: The keybinds above for 'left square bracket', 'right square bracket', 'comma', and 'period' are actually generated by extra buttons on my mouse via my mouse driver and aren't typed by me on the keyboard when playing.
Almost certainly in game scaling, i get the same on anything but default scaling with the post run results screen, but only the number and names in the Paingiver/executioner/lifegiver/e.t.c. section. And default scaling is waaaay too small at my resolution.

The long and short of the problem is that when you assign new keybinds the old ones are not deleted, so you wind up with both your new keybind and the old one being active.
Maybe a mod can find my old post, because I really don't want to type all that again!
EDIT: Yay my post was returned from purgatory... apparently I edited it too much too quickly and the spam filter ate it!

One note, about your FoV zooming aliases... they break camera zooming in Inspect mode... however, I do have a set of aliases that restores the standard camera zoom when you enter Inspect mode and then restores FoV zooming when you exit it.
Unfortunately, I am currently backing up data from a failing hard drive and do not have access to my CommandAliases.txt file at this time. However, I can post it later if you would like to update your Wiki page?
As you changed all your keybinding as well did you not have a problem with ghosted keybinds? That issue drove me nuts until I finally figured out what was going on and how to purge the default keybinds!
The 'Acquire Your First Mount' quest became stuck a while ago, maybe a month ago'ish, no idea if this patch has fixed it yet or not... hopefully it has because yea, that is annoying to get each and every time you level!
