Anyone notice an increase in "Treasure" drop rate, when overleveled?

or am I just imagining this?

I'm talking about those "Treasure" items that are only good to sell to a vendor. It seems like when I am in a zone that I am vastly overleveled for (like for example, I am running through Vellosk at level 64 because I skipped it while leveling, and I want the achievements), these things drop way more often.

is this just me seeing things, or does anyone else notice this?

I doubt the drop rate is increased but the speed and ease with which you kill things has, so maybe that's giving you the perception of more.
