At Drowned Shore after a few seconds i get kicked an dont know why

    You'll need to provide some more information beyond "I got kicked." What error message are you receiving? What platform are you playing on? PC, XB1, or PS4? Have you been able to log back into the game since the time of this post?

    Hello @Harp,

    As previously stated, we need to go on to help. Once you state the following hopefully we'll be able to help:
    1) PC (If PC What OS Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10)/XBOX1/PS4
    2) Is it only Drowned Shores, or other parts/areas of Campaign for EE(Elemental Evil) ie. Fiery Pit.
    3) If Not just Drowned Shores, does it also happen for example going to Ebon Downs or even Vellosk.
    4) Have you logged back in?
    5) If yes and on PC version (unsure if this is able to done on XBOX1 or PS4) can you perform a Verify of files from Launcher?
    6) Are you using Arc Client to get in Game?

    Please attempt to answer these to the best of your knowledge, and we'll try and help as best we can. Sometimes honestly, random kicks occur. Recently I was booted from server 7-10 times in one day of play and it was at one point 15 minutes between 3 of them. It does happen, to be kicked, due to bad data packets, etc.
