Game Stops Responding During a Fight

This has happened to me a couple of times. Happened so often though in Reclamation Rock. I keep trying to kill the Slaad's near those portals, and whenever I get close to killing them, they stop moving but continue to damage me, even when I move away. What's worse is that I can't kill them, and when I die, the screen freezes, and I get forced to close the application. Please fix this..


Ok well, it seems that it isn't really lag, but more of a bug that doesn't involve my internet.
As the title says, the game just stops responding at some point during a fight after a log in. I'm not sure how to really fix the solution, but I know I've avoided this issue somehow a couple of times. If anyone has a solution, feel free to post here.

    It has done this to me for over 3 days now in the Drowned Shore.

    I too get freezes every day. The first time always seem to happen on my CW the first time I enter combat after logging in the first time. I don't know why it does this but it happens almost every time. It does not matter what zone I am in. I can be on for 30 min and have no freezing but the first time I engage in combat it freezes.

    It works okay after that. (Okay for Neverwinter that is.) Just random freezes the rest of the day.

    It will never get fixed along with all the other issues. I put in a ticket for all the freezing and the first time I was contacted they told me to contact Playstation. (Even though I explained to them that it was not my consoles since it was happening on both and to my friends as well) The second time I was contacted they gave me a bunch of PC console command when the ticket was clearly about the PS4 version. Then they closed my ticket, considering it "resolved".

    Well if they marked it as resolved it must be working as intended. Their replies to my big reports have all been generic too like no one even read them.

    Wouldn't be surprised if they use a bot for their system

    That is some HARDCORE lag. Never seen anything like it, and I have like 10mb/<3mb lol
    Maybe it has to do with the location of the server? I'm assuming it's far from where you live, but idk. I doubt you live in China or anything like that.

    Experiencing the same thing as sokop#2517. This happens daily on my Control Wizard, and is one of the most frustrating things that I've come across (minus not being able to log into the game).

    It seems like Control Wizards are bugged, since this is happening most often on this character (my main, CW). It doesn't happen on my other characters, and if it did, was certainly not as frequent with my CW.

    It's so maddening that I've decided to initialize my PS4 (basically setting it back to factory default settings). If it still happens after this process, then I can deduce something is seriously broken in the code with Control Wizards and your game.

    Fix this <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>!

    Initializing my PS4 did nothing to help this issue. Extremely frustrating bug.
