So, gold spammers. A whole team of them. They just keep spamming, spamming, spamming... taking over both [Trade] and [Zone]. If this keeps up without a resolution it is going to be impossible to communicate in this game.
So how are the Report and Ignore functions broken? Both Report and Ignore seem to be based upon a combination of charactername@PSNaccountName. So you ignore BobTheGoldSpamChamp@AAA, and BobTheGoldSpamChamp@BBB pops up. Rather than ignoring the Arc account, you only ignore the first combination. Therefore the gold spammer connects the Arc account to yet another PSN account and they are back in business.
The problem is worse than this, though. These gold spammers are apparently using hacked PSN accounts. Why would I say that? Because the same team of gold spammers keep coming back with a multitude of PSN accounts, at least half of which are well established accounts with as many hours played as a full time rabid gamer could put on it. These cannot possibly all be their private accounts.
We need a solution that ignores the Arc account as a whole permanently. There is nothing redeeming any of these gold spammers will ever add to the community. A multitude of report/ignore activity by the community as a whole on a single Arc account needs to lead to an outright permanent ban of the account. Right now the system is broken and it is leading to the need to keep reporting the offender in an endless cycle. It is more work for the community than it should be. It is more work on the company than it should be. And the possible account hacking demonstrated by the gold spammers needs to be addressed as the malicious act it is as well.
Please help us resolve this!

if you inspect their char profile you'll see that they are wearing the stuff they got at the tutorial and strangely their attributes are all zeroed out, so perhaps implementing a minimum level for posting on the chat, say Lv5 or trigger unlock after doing the neverwinter vault quest.
