Since maintenance, servers seem pretty bad.

I keep either getting fully disconected or having some period where the red numbers appear on top of the screen and i can't do anything (kinda like a lag switch)

It didn't do that before and it certainly don't come from my internet as while it happen i can load pages fine on my computer and i don't experience such stuff on other games.

I used to always have 1 disconection or so per day on NW, always a bit annoying but bearable, but since last maintenance its 4-5 or even 6 times a day, either a disconect or that lag switch style thing.

And i heard people on the FB group of NW having much more issues...

    Same happens here. And it's so annoying when it occurs at the end of a Epic raid.
    And it's so often now.

    Going to agree here.

    Since then, various "Server Not Responding" red text at the top of my screen. Most resolve on their own and I'm back to playing, while some occasionally disconnect me.

    the servers for neverwinter on xbox are diabolical I don't know how Microsoft can even let cryptic get away with it, take a look how much better warframe runs and it looks ten times better as well

    seem better since 2 days... way less disconection... about time

    Had more problems running Dragons on Sunday with Multiple lockups of players and lag causing instadeath, second time we have encountered these issues recently.

    Ive been told the game doesnt fully update after maintenance or new mods, It takes time to process all the new info. Having your xbox sleep instead of shut off fully gives it time to process the new info. Not sure if its true as I always turn my xbox all the way off. But it does seem that after a day or two from maintenance the lag gets better.

    Every day for the last 6 months i have not been able to connect to either the Neverwinter server or the arc website between the hours of 1800AEST and 2230AEST. It starts out with rubber banding then server not responding then login has timed out. I have had my modem replaced by my provider, conducted thousands of traceroutes and shared these with my provider and Microsoft to be told the same thing over and over again that it is not my connection or xbox it is a problem connecting to the Neverwinter server as the trace dies at the time of connection.

    I have put in tickets before and support have bluntly told me it was my connection and to talk to my provider. Out of desperation i put another ticket in last week to be told they can not help and to voice my problem on the forum.

    So here i am.
