It would be nice if we could finally get at least someone telling us that these are looked at. The first report on divine glow not proccing weapon enchantments dates back to December 2014. At least the oldest I found with a quick search. It's about time something happened there.

I heard through the grapevine that the DC is going to get a rework to a certain degree quite soon. I have a feeling they may not touch these bugs until then. The Hastening Light off-hand disturbs me the most
People have spent a lot of AD/zen to get the owl bear cub and you don't even take any time to fix this simple bug despite it has been posted numerous times.

The patch on preview about it was released on Sept 10th and released officially today.

I'd like to add that Light of Divinity keeps putting me in combat repeatedly. I also use the artifact offhand feature. Since the change to altars is incoming (If it's not already coming on the 8th) Every time I put an altar down I risk it disappearing before use.
This has got to be one of the most annoying bugs I have ever experienced in this game...Every 3 seconds the combat drum hits while anyone is near me...Just to leave a zone you must time your exit perfectly because you cannot exit while in combat...

I tested my AP gain. I have 32% AP. My BoH gives 10% AP out of battle. When I cleaned my feats and boons and all I can - it was something like 5% AP, so absolutely naked character with original Charisma poits only gains 8% AP from BoH.
on other DC I see 40% AP and his BoH gains 15% AP
on 90% AP its somehow 44% AP gain.
its OK and we see that AP bonus is working norm. but when we test with Healing Action [heroik] or Furious Intervetion it doesn't seem like gain 5% AP
I can tell it gain maybe about 1-2% additional AP maybe. maybe its asa much bigger as much AP gain bonus you have?
on the other hand Gift of Haste gives 5% AP as it should be.

From my test, yes just doesn't work with chain. And Holy Fervor and Furious Intervention only work for attacks (as stated on the tooltip), so it doesn't increase AP gain for heals.
Healing Action should work on BoH, let me check that later.
