Currently we are not getting Action Point Gain from Artifact Bonus stats, insignias, and jewel reinforcement kits. Only things that work are recovery, boons, and class buffs. Many of you have paid good amount of AD to gain these bonuses. Here is a video of what I mean.

From the stat sheet point of view I have looked at a couple of items.
1. I can remove insignia that have AP gain. That will reduce my AP gain number but the AP gain % does not change.
2. I have a green flame sprite with an active bonus of 1% AP gain and a blue ice sprite with 1.5% AP gain. By switching them between idle and active I can say that both add 1.1% to the AP gain % stat (not the advertised 1% and 1.5%).
Whilst it is possible the stat sheet is wrong and that the actual AP gain is correct it is incredibly frustrating not knowing as I am one of the few not giving up on my bubble Pally just yet but I need to know whether I will get AP gain if I invest in the stat.

I have no testing or research to contribute but I will say this: There is a reason I don't believe in trying to boost up my Combat Advantage by slotting the Blink Dog and/or Intellect Devourer, that reasoning is similar to this topic. The additional Combat Advantage / Combat Advantage Damage allegedly granted by these companions is not represented statistically anywhere. You have such parameters as 'Combat Advantage' and 'Combat Advantage Damage', however equipping these companions individually or as a pair has absolutely no effect on either of these parameters which are both represented in ration and therefore *should* be then augmented if bonus percentages are added to them.
You could go test to see if it's simply not shown statistically but is in fact applied regardless. I'm not going to do that but if someone does, I think it'd be safe to assume that the result would be mirrored in this case as well.

Best way I could think of to test was 4 items with major kits. Remove them, pop devoted sigil, use timer on iPad to count until daily full. Equip reinforced items, pop devoted sigil, count until daily full.
We're not talking about a lot of points, so the difference would be minimal, and maybe the margin of error for my test is greater than the potential gain, but I was seeing the same (whole) numbers in terms of time taken to gain full ap.
