My Place of Origin has Changed/Bio Vanished

Come on Arcgames this is getting ridiculous.
Now a lot of my friends are falling victim to this bug that replaces our selected places of origins to some random location and our hand written biographies have been erased.
We don't wanna re-write anything out of fear it will just happen again and the RP players in our guild are getting annoyed such a simple issue hasn't been dealt with by now. How hard is it to put such small details back the way they were?
Please just release an update or patch or whatever anything to fix these damn bugs we're getting sick of it. This game has been out since 2013 there's absolutely no excuse for this Pre-Alpha BS on console after 3 years of success.
