Both my characters get stuck logging in

My main character is in reclamation rock and when I try to log in with him I can't get past the loading screen which freezes, my second character was in helm's hold when my power went out just a moment ago, so now he is also stuck. This is the first time I've not been able to load into reclamation rock map, so I never thought to put him in the protectors enclave, so now both my characters are stuck and I really want to play, especially for this 2x Astral diamond thing and the special boxes that drop. Please help me! I can't afford to buy another character slot as I am disabled and fighting for disability so I am completely broke :(

    Both of my toons are stuck in helms hold as well!! I put in a ticket so I hope I dont miss the whole 2x diamonds event

    I got a friend to buy the 500zen for me so I can play again, so my issue is currently fixed, but this game is still extremely buggy

    They just need to move our toons to the enclave and we are good to go

    I got stuck last night didn't know u would get stuck and I'm in helms hold and it frozen on load screen

    I am having the same issue, stuck in Helm's Hold, can't login, won't get past the loading screen.

    My main is also stuck in Helm's Hold. I hope this issue gets fixed soon, I really enjoy this game so far.

    Well for me the following worked for me in 2 instances:
    1. The first time when i got stuck. I closed the app. opened the app again and created a new character. Logged in as the new character. Moved around the world little bit and clicked on the change character option and switched to my old character. Some how magically it worked. My friend also resolved his issue the same way.
    2. Second time i just cleared the system application data and also deleted the game. Re downloaded the game and it worked.

    The first part was mentioned in the known bug thread after I got my second stuck lol. I didnt think a reinstall would work but I will try it now, ty

    EDIT: ok, I cant believe how stupid easy the fix was. All I did was go into application and delete the saved file then launch and it loaded in just fine #facepalm

    I had the same problem...main stuck in helm's hold. I was not able to get the save data deletion to resolve the issue. My fix was to start a new character. Once that new character was in protector's enclave, I was able to go into options and switch characters. Hope this helps!

    When I get my caracter I stuck at login screen. I think someone get in helm and quit the game someone allways stuck at the login screen. There are need the fix helm quit. I give 1 star for this stuck.

    Guys don't quit at helm just go to diffrent map then quit.It is onlyway for now
