This kinda escalated the price and will keep escalating the Zen/AD
In my opinion, I kinda don't like it, since I was planning to work on getting the 20 Enchanted Key pack without using money, but I knew they were gonna do this at some point. It's been going up by a few thousand, which makes it a little difficult, but I feel like it's gonna be a lot higher by the end of this event.

Things will spike for a while sure but trust me it'll go back down pretty quickly. Just take this time to make as much as you can.
I am enjoying this event and I do not think that it will boost prices in the long run. If we have this event every weekend, then that is a different story.

It will fluctuate during events. When I first started it was in the mid 100s. About 3 months ago it skyrocketed in the high 300s/low 400s. It is now in the mid 200s.
Check the XBOX/PC boards for hints on what causes fluctuations, to best benefit from the market.

It is! I really enjoy it. I bought 500 Zen as seed money and I've invested some AD I earned in game. Made good money last weekend, then the price was stagnant all week. After the price craze yesterday, my "pot" of Zen is now close to 1000 after a week. Not bad! Fun too. I enjoy the AH too, but not as much.
I exchanged 1000 zen at an exchange rate of 138. I than log in this morning and than used that AD to buy zen. I went from 1K to around 1.4K without adding any additional zen. I than bough more Zen and bought 2 bags for my wife character.
Now that she has her bags I can now focus on gaining AD for upgrading my companions and not worry about grinding for AD for someone else.
EDIT: Ima do it right now. Hoping for price to go up lol and then down later

Maybe I should put out some "test sales" to see how low the price gets. For example orders like this: 1 Zen @ 100, 1 Zen @ 95, 1 Zen @ 90. Then look to see what orders get filled. I could do the same on the high end. Too bad we don't have online access to market data for PS4 like the PC players do.
Right now it's easy to see the bottom. Wait until Zen prices hit 200-400. That's when the risk of a big drop gets real and you can lose your a$$.
The market will eventually level off and you won't make much playing Zen vs AD, not like now where players are trying to figure out a good balance between Zen and AD exchange values.
Like I said, I'm just going to now focus on grinding for AD for my main to raise my companion to max level.

Highest I saw on ps4 after the last one was mid 180s. That being for the week following.
Actually saw it hit high 120s the other day, and today, Monday, it was high 130s.
So it'll spike, and then come back down.
Have what you can in zen before Friday.
Over the weekend it'll spike, so try to sell out Sunday evening.
But next Friday it'll come back down and you can buy back into zen even cheaper.
Thankfully I doubt we will ever see the heights of Xbox, much less pc.
Highest sustainable I'm predicting is <210, with 190s being the long term average.
Man, what I wouldn't give for some tracking data like can be found on the pc.
