astral diamonds to zen

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
ok so i changed out a bunch of my astral diamonds for zen and the zen is showing up in my inventory but when i go to the market it says i have 0 zen

    Did you pull it out of the exchange? I didn't realize I had to do that at first. There is an option at the bottom of the exchange to take the Zen out.

    you need to withdraw them first
