This will save and load your keybinds from a global configuration file instead.
Same effect as the previous posters suggestion, just no filename required.
If you use either command then I highly recommend backing the files up once you've used either of the save commands.
To do so go to wherever you've installed Neverwinter. You should see a 'Neverwinter_en' (or another language code if not English). Inside there is a 'Neverwinter' folder, and inside that folder is a 'Live' folder.
Inside the 'Live' folder will be a file titled 'ent_keybinds.txt' if you used the /bind_save command, or the filename you specified if you used the /bind_save_file command. Note that the filename will be exactly as you entered it, no extensions are automatically added!

You can type /cmdlist to see a list of things you can bind and manipulate in game.
If you do a forum search you should be able to find some other helpful common commands.
Or you can just ask what specifics you are looking for and I am pretty sure someone out here knows the answer.

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!
One other note about keybindings, if you install either of the Preview servers you can also copy your keybindings over to the preview servers easily.
Just copy the 'ent_keybinds.txt' file, or the the filename you specified with the /bind_save_file command from the 'Live' folder to the 'Playtest' folder, or the other folder that may also be at the same level as 'Live' or 'Playtest'. I don't know the name off the top of my head as I don't have that preview server installed at the moment.
Once you've copied the file you can use the /bind_load or /bind_load_file commands to load up your keybinds on the preview servers!
Additionally, if you open the Options window and navigate to the Interface tab you will notice two buttons appear at the bottom of the window; 'Save UI' and 'Load UI'. Pressing the 'Save UI' button will generate a file named 'ui_settings.txt' in one of the three aforementioned folders, depending on which server you are playing on; 'Live', 'Playtest', or the one I don't know the name of!
Backing up this file is also a good idea, and can be copied about to transfer your UI settings between the Live and Playtest servers. Simply copy the file then when in game open the Interface tab of the Options window and click 'Load UI'.
One note, the Load/Save UI dialog will say it saves keybindings, but it doesn't seem to actually do so for me, I still have to also use /bind_load when I create a new character.
Hope this extra information helped, I figured if I was telling you all about file locations and what to backup I might as well include information about the other important file in those directories!

/bind_save_file mybuild2016
Then go to your alts and type
/bind_load_file mybuild2016
This will transfer all your key binds over
/bind_save
/bind_load

Unfortunately, a lot of these commands are not very well described, and some may or may not be out of date at this point!
To anyone that thinks these forums are full of people that don't care to assist or provide helpful info
