Connecting to shard provider

Im having alot of problems since yesterday to connect to shard provider, on ps4. Sometime I have to restart the game 3-4x to connect. My internet is fine. Is this normal? The play button is gray out.

I know the servers are back online, and I had fun for a few hours then take a break, now I have "no shards are available, please try again later". I will restart the game and it may work, anyone else?

I am having this issue as well. for the past 3 or 4 days connecting to the servers has been a nightmare- although once it finally connects it seems to run just fine.

I just find that the problem is only when I put my ps4 in standby.

i kinda fixed the shard issue (im on xbox one) by signing into a seperate account, then back into my own? so i hope that helps
