Help! Sold items in auction, but didn't get mail.

I've sold items in the auction house but I didn't get a mail to receive the astral diamonds. When I check the auction house my item shows up there but it says expired. What do I do and how do I get my item back?

    I believe it's a known Auction House bug.

    If it's similar to PC, you'll get your money / un-sold auctions back the with the next server reset (usually weekly).

    I have the same problem, i have quite a few items purchased that says "expired" "you are winning" and i can't get the item, or my AD back. it's been a few days now for a couple of the items. and i believe there was server maintenance this morning. is there a work-around for this that PC uses? or should i write up a ticket?

    I think you should write up a ticket regardless (the more people complain the larger the chance that it'll get addressed soon).

    That said, I think you're right I saw Andy post a thread about a maintenance being complete. If the AH is still in a bugged state since the reset I would be slightly more concerned. I think this has happened before as well and they might have to do a manual reset to release the items.

    PC has been dealing with this I think since Strongholds came out...
