Not loading into the map (RESOLVED)

Resolved. Go to Loading screen frozen Ps4 for the way to fix this on page 2 and 3 for how to fix it with both characters stuck. It worked for me and took a few tries.

    Also yes. I read how to get out of this situation but I can't do that. Both of my characters are logged off there and are now stuck. I contacted support to see if there is a way to fix this.

    As I'm sure many of you are aware, there's currently an issue regarding maps such as Helm's Hold, Vellosk, and a few others.

    Currently, once you log out of these maps and log back in, the game will freeze on the loading screen. While we work to fix this issue, we recommend not logging out of these zones when you're in them.

    If you already have and are stuck, there are two ways to work around the issue:
    1) Log in with an alternate character who has completed the tutorial, then switch characters back to the frozen one.
    2) Submit a ticket to our support at support.arcgames.com

    We're currently looking into a fix and will update the community once we narrow it down. Thank you for your patience.

    Submitting a ticket looks like your only option atm. Hopefully they resolve it quickly. This happened to me as well but luckily my alt levels are staggered and I could do the character swap.

    Like I said. I've read it. BOTH and I repeat BOTH characters are stuck there. You only get "2" free character slots. The rest you have to buy. I contacted support already and waiting and debating. Either I'm forced to buy another character slot or delete one and make a new one. I shouldn't be in this position to do so but I may have to.

    Yep pretty much screwed, that sucks man.
