Scheduled Maintenance [7/26] - COMPLETE

Update 8:30AM: Maintenance is complete.

Neverwinter will undergo maintenance on 7/26 at 7AM PT for roughly two hours for a server reset.

    Is there a way to get notified of scheduled maintenance, I only see the notification in game 15 minute before the maintenance, I was already in the beginning of a dungeon and we got logout just before last boss. And what happen to AH timer, does it pause?

    Also I now see the notification on home screen, but it was not there when I have open the game. This game is so fun and addictive, I like it alot and it work great on console with a controller. Will this post be updated when server are back online?

    Hey, only serverreset or will some of the bugs getting fixed? Like unplayable Dungeons. (like Pirate king)

    As a server admin for my own hosting company with game server experience, my question is... What kind of servers are you running that they take 2 hours to reboot?

    is anything going to be updated like the tool tip problem or several of the other problems?

    Probably database indexing that take most of the time, they must have alot of data. For example WOW have longer maintenance each week.

    Yeah likely back up takes all the time.

    There a problem with the AH, all my stuff does not appear when I search, I had to cancel and place new AH for each of them, losing my posting fee. Not too bad, but be aware for next time.

    Also my game just crash while exiting a house in the enclave, so while loading enclave. I need to kill it and restart.

    Are the servers up? Not getting a connection when trying to start game? This is has been happening since 10 pm NZ time last night. now 7:20 AM NZ.

    Why is there no message saying that your taking servers down? I was in the middle of a dungeon.

    Its crashed. No planned anything. Check the blue notification at the top of the forums
