Loading screen freeze

Both of my high lvl toons on I reclamation rock and everytime I try to load one of them the screen freezes tried the work around and that got my second toon stuck there.

Same. I just turn lvl 31 logged out for awhile and now i cant get past loading screen.

Me too. Helms map freeze. Support moved me to Protectors but Helms freezes. Advise not to visit it. But, but, but that means I cant finish campaign and not get rewards. This takes the fun out of it....

it is a known issue ...possible workaround is to log into a different charcter, and then change to the one thats stuck using the change character option NOT the log out option (worked twice for me)

same problem with a character to level 34 ... there chance to come out a patch ( ps4 ) for this game and fix the problem ???????

Same here. Crashes at the loading screen. So annoying. Playing with a drink and his is still worries and i am having to start from scratch. Happens on this character and ill stop playing. Was so excited when this came out. Rant over :-P

Yeah last night this same issue happen to a friend of mine. Then this morning when I come on I get completely kicked from the game while I was fighting a boss at Reclamation Rock, so I try to get back into the game and my loading screen freezes. :(

trying to load vellosk and its freezing on the loading screen, i uninstalled the game to see if that would help with anything but its still freezing! please fix this problem its annoying and i dont feel like going through all my progress again with another character

It's been said in one of the other umpteen threads about this issue that deleting your local save data and restarting Neverwinter may resolve the matter.

NOTE: This is NOT the same as deleting your character--that information is kept server-side. However, you will have to agree to the Terms of Service and your UI will be reset to its defaults.
