Benign Order of the Thirde Eye is stuck at 86%

I'll Properly be doing something wrong but my Quest is still stuck at 86 % while all the quest items inside ( gather orb shards, refine shards, assemble quarters and assemble complete orb) are done as well as the following quest of finding notes/stashes with the orb. I do still have a note still in my bag related to this quest, but I cannot "open" it as you can with other collected quests.
Does anyone have a idea where I need to go/do/fix?

In the beginning of this quest I did not see the you needed to go in to the story with the (]) key (see Unable to complete "Collecting the Past"), so I feared that there was another thing I was not seeing. if more people have the same experience than that is my answer and we will wait till ARC GAMES releases the fix or the continuing story

The seer's dialogue makes it clear that they intend to expand into higher level content (as a guess, I expect their plan is to insert a new sequence at every zone that gives a life scroll reward currently).

But I don't think they intended this to be stuck at 86% right now.

Both of my toons completed it. My 5 month old main has 86%. My two week old alt has 100%.

I have the same. My older toons are at 86%, but new ones are able to get to 100%. Maybe respecing the older toons would fix it, but I am not doing that any time soon.

This is from memory, but, O I am pretty damn sure my main had completed it at 100% sometime during the end of the summer. Then I was gone for a while. Came back a little bit later then release of last mod. When I returned I had dropped to 86%.

I have this on several of my older cahracters but my newer ones that were created after this came out to us are at 100%

I still have this on all 8 characters. Not fixed yet.

Older character did the quest the first day -> 86%
Newer character did the quest 1 month later -> 100%

I had 100% at the beginning, but after a maintenance & patch in July (?) suddenly I was at 86%.
I think I created my OP on August 11th, he also only has 86%.

Nevertheless, I might be missing Portobello's Game and Respen's Game.

I was at 100% on 1 character, not completed on the other 2. After that patch my main went from 100 - 86%. Interesting note about Portobello's & Respen's. I've not completed Portobello's for sure, I think I did complete Respen's.

Just out of curiosity, did this get passed along or maybe needs to be passed along again to Andy's replacement? I don't know who to tag, otherwise I could just randomly put in a few @ names

I imagine it's a display bug, but who knows nowadays? My ocd-ness is having a rough time seeing this 86% on a completed item.

also,, while we are on topic of completioning things,,, maybe a way for us idjits who did not do blacklake terror skirmish wayyyyy back at level, be able to complete it now for our journals,,, maybe even a special CTA event that would complete it,,,,, pleeeeeeeeeease
