MOUNTS GRIFFON IS BUSTED NO 20% COOL DOWNS UPON THE USE OF AN ARTIFACT-

there is no 20% cooldown effect from using an artifact power like the discription says. i just spent about 1.500.000 on the griffon and it doesnt even work. i imaging many of the other mounts dont work either

    Combat Power: Activating an Artifact power reduces all of your cool-downs by 35%.
    EDIT#2: Tested by others and conclusive answer - The Griffon only lowers cool-downs on your encounter powers. Everything else stays the same. I personally would go with an Epic mount with bonus towards an attribute, but that's my opinion honestly.

    hey man thanx for reply.. but i already know that it only aplies to encounter powers thats what im talking about. and im using an epic mount thats what it was. an epic griffon mount. it it says here on the item its self only 20% im not sure where you got 35, i mean that would be nice. but it doesnt do either at this point.. i would have went with a stat buff but i was really cureous how this would be when stacked with the rogue stelth cooldown bonus i already got.. :)

    oh, byw its not a combat power. its just an equip power is what it said on the mount..
