cant buy Zen ? eny wer at all . not on psn or from in game zen market ? but is funy a frend from UK and buy Zen on psn and in game zen market

    I'll have someone look into this, but I believe that the issue is on Sony's end.

    No Zen here in Poland either. I'd think they could sort it out after all this time. This is a bit ridiculous. Any response would be welcome, really.

    we payed money 4 early access, we expect more then this.. there is no option 2 buy zen in psn store and i would like it fixed before the massive horde that comes on 19th i want 2 buy more character slots befor every good name gets taken.. i expect it 2 be hard 2 make names after the horde attacks the servers.. so please call sony and get this fixed, your making your best customers upset.. and why is it always europe that gets shafted?
    rant over please get it fixed before horde arrives!

    Weird. This should be high on their priority list. Not being able to take our money gotta feel bad for them. Also I missed out on using my coupons so if they don't fix this within a day now I'll just quit this game and spare them my money.

    What about buying Zen thru the website, will it work? Maybe we don't have to wait till they drop on ps store?

    Well, it's been 2 days. Some communication would be really helpful, even if it's only to say, we're looking into it and should have an answer/solution by.... People were buying 7- not 5-day head start, and though, truly, Zen pack are not required to enjoy the game, being able to secure character slots and names is important. :(

    demand compensation and something good.. 2 all countrys affected by this that have payd 4 early access we should get a special mount or somthing that nobody else has.. preferable big so everyone can see ))

    actualy more is missing in psn store, only dlc that shows 4 neverwinter is onyx fashion pack.. unacceptable!

    And this pack that we have to pay for is free for psn plus members in the USA!
    I'm really dissapointed in this game, I really needed a real head start because I will leave my country this monday for some days.

    It's not possible to secure names. Since your character name uses your gamertag, there can be 200 Legolas's etc. So, don't worry about the name you want, it will be available.

    Yes they fixed it but we lost alot of discounts that we got trought leveling like 10% on each pack .
