Any Update on the Daily Tier Reset for Tiamat?

I've been trying to find anything acknowledging the issue. I've asked in Tweets and on Reddit with no response so I figured someone would be able to answer here.

Is there any official word that this is being looked into? Currently the Tier four drops in Tiamat are not accessible. This is both frustrating for players seeking the Orb as well as for newer players who would benefit from the Tier 4 options. If the timer could be fixed on the Overload slots then I don't see why this cannot be fixed.

IF this is something new and there is no intention of fixing it, could the players at least get confirmation?

This was the last thread on this topic. You'll see there are pleas for the Community Manager and Devs to give any feedback but they were ignored. Strangely I'm sure Strum did comment on this somewhere. Possibly on a different thread or Reddit saying he was aware and had passed this onto the Devs.

Considering that the Tyranny Of Dragons campaign progression to the one that allows you to purchase Dragon Empire Treasure has been both simplified and expediated, and that there is no longer any discription or detail of the Reclamation tiers in-game other than the Well Of Dragons reclamation banner always reading "no tiers unlocked", I think it's safe to assume that the Hoard Reclamation has been purposefully, deliberately and permanently put the way it is. That is, it's not broken, it's supposed to be like this.

Don't hold your breath for an answer or aknowledgement, the silence is answer enough, especially considering the evidence staring you right in the face. If there was something to be discussed then it would've been by now -- it means there's there's nothing wrong with the Haord Reclamation.

It's funny how quickly certain issues are addressed when they involve zen but other issues such as Tiamat or the bug involving the black dragon head not coming up are never dealt with. We either very efficient bug/exploit or whatever you want to call it in this game or we don't. What I can observe and I am sure the developers can see it is the reduction of players in the game. There is a message there that I hope is not lost on them. The players are reacting to decisions such coalescent wards, bells, and tickets for summer festival. A critical point will be reach of no return and I am sure the developers will see that. Keep an eye on the ball folks!

If they removed the tier option from Tiamat then they should publicly address it instead of letting their player base try to raise it every week. I would never expect a company to ignore their customer's direct question. If they decided to change it then they should list the changes along with the class changes, artifact changes, etc... It's a matter of transparency and customer service.

What about the rewards for the higher tiers? do they drop now without reaching a higher tier or are they now just an impossible to get item from Tiamat anymore?
If the change was on purpose then the relevant information regarding system/rewards needs to be conveyed to the player base.

@strumslinger Hi! IF the devs doesnt know what is causing this bug, why they dont put it in "Always Tier 4" So that NORMAL players can defeat it and gain some of the boons/gear/drops?
Im satsfied of at least "always tier 2 or 3" but would be better and will revive the Tiamat's Queues.

If your looking for the orb, just buy a lostmauth horn for 500-600k, and trade it for the orb, way better than paying 2.5-3 million for the orb
