Direct3D issues every login - need to verify all files

Hello,
Sorry if this isnt the right area - I couldnt find any technical bug fix areas...
Since the update, each time I login, the game refuses to load - gets the Play button, switches to the logo and then nothing.
When I switch back to Windows I have a Direct 3D error in gameclient.exe.
I then go through a complete verify of all files, and the games runs....
Until next time I start when I go through the same issues.
Is this a known issue:
System:
Asus R500V laptop
Intel HD grpahics 4000
Nvidia GeForce 610M (Graphics Processor)
8GB RAM
Ive never had any issues with this or any other game, except for the last update...
Is the verify not working properly or is a setting corrupting the files? Should I force update something, or change a flag in gameclient.exe??

Fixed again and crashed upon launch.
This time the Windwos handler came up and said the Nvidia files crashed....
SO it wasnt the gameclient or directx but the Nvidia files themselves...
Trying for yet another Nvidia update....
