This contains condensed information on:
1. Fury build, rotations, feats, etc
2. Damnation build, rotation feats, etc
3. The differences between Fury & Damnation
For more in-depth information, screen shots of stats and stuff like that, check out the full guide found
hereAlso, check the guide for more information on:
1. How to gear properly
2. Priority of spending AD & Time
3. Proper group makeup
Which spec should you play? I've included some brief points which outline the major reasons for one or the other, both will do just fine with all end-game content. To put it plainly & simply, if you aren't at a high gear level OR want something simpler to play then Damnation is the way to go. If you want something a bit more challenging and are at a higher gear level then Fury might be more fun. If you're still farming for the gear you want for your character, Damnation will serve you best. If mostly you're done with gearing up and farming Tiamat, DF & eDemo for AD, a few end-game level items or just for fun then Fury is much better at these things, or if you just want to be able to 1 shot bosses sometimes.
Damnation
1. Highest DPS for any dungeon
2. Scales extremely well at all gear levels, much more survivability
3. Simple rotation for a more relaxing/fun time for those that don't want to worry about too much complexity
4. The ability to fly through dungeons at record speed, my fastest CN thus far was approx 10 minutes.
Damnation Build:
*If you're not human get 2/5 Blood Pact of Cania*
Abilities:
At-Wills: Essence Defiler + Whatever you'd like(don't use a 2nd at-will much at all if ever)
Encounters: Blades of Vanquished Armies + Dreadtheft + Soul Scorch
Class Features: All Consuming Curse(Use this for your artifact power) + Borrowed Time
Dailies: Tyrannical Threat + Whatever you'd like(you'll only ever use TT pretty much)
In order of importance for ranking to R4:
1. Dreadtheft
2. Tyrannical Threat
3. Soul Scorch
4. Blades of Vanquished Armies
5. Essence Defiler
6. All Consuming Curse
7. Borrowed Time
This order is in favor of DPS, if you need more survivability then do Borrowed Time sooner, also you can use it for your Artifact Power instead of All Consuming Curse and gain quite a bit of survivability.
As seen below you start off by marking your targets with Tyrannical Threat followed by Blades of Vanquished Armies then Dreadtheft followed by Soul Scorch spam, it doesn't hurt to get 1 Soul Scorch off prior to Dreadtheft either. Make sure you have Tyrannical Threat OR another curse on ANY target before Soul Scorching as this will do SIGNIFICANTLY more DPS since it will activate SS' DoT feature, no curse = no DoT.

Fury
1. Highest DPS for eDemo & Dragon Flight Dragons as well as Tiamat and DR in WoD, without a doubt.
2. Requires a high gear level, at least 3k without reinforcements, mythic artifact, greater dread+
3. A lot of fun & more difficult than Damnation in dungeons
4. The ability to 1 shot a boss - [Combat (Party)] Aylenn deals 77351560 (11535322) FireDamage to High Priestess Syndryth with Murderous Flames.
Fury SW Build:
*If you're not human get 2/5 Blood Pact of Cania*
Abilities:
At-Wills: Essence Defiler + Whatever you'd like(don't use a 2nd at-will much at all if ever)
Encounters: Blades of Vanquished Armies + Killing Flames + Soul Scorch
Class Features: All Consuming Curse(Use this for your artifact power) + Borrowed Time
Dailies: Tyrannical Threat + Whatever you'd like(you'll only ever use TT pretty much)
In order of importance for ranking to R4:
1. Killing Flames
2. Tyrannical Threat
3. Soul Scorch
4. Blades of Vanquished Armies
5. Essence Defiler
6. All Consuming Curse
7. Borrowed Time
This order is in favor of DPS, if you need more survivability then do Borrowed Time sooner, also you can use it for your Artifact Power instead of All Consuming Curse and gain quite a bit of survivability.
As seen below you start out by marking your mobs and/or boss with Tyrannical Threat then follow it up with Blades of Vanquished Armies + Soul Scorch spam, Essence Defiler if you run out of sparks and follow it up with a nice big Killing Flames when the target is fully debuffed and you're fully buffed, it takes some practice to get this timing down.
Fury SW CN Run:

Orcus set is BiS but Black Ice is 2nd BiS
Brutality & Sudden Crit are BiS
Dread is BiS for weapon and BiS for CW/DC/HR as well so it makes it nice for alts
Shadowclad at Trans is BiS, shy of trans Negation or Shadowclad is good, Shadowclad looks cooler though
Brutals or Azure/Radiant for Offense slots, Cruel or Dark/Radiant for defense - Note: only Dark for Companion Defense
Mythic Devoted Sigil or Wheel of Fortune for Active Artifact, I use Devoted Sigil and recommend it
Lantern & Sigil of the Controller or whatever you need for your character's stats
Golden Stalwart Lion I've found to be best for your summoned companion, very strong buff, helps the party a lot and is a nice tank pet, Shadow Demon, Young Yeti & Fire Archon are also decent
For Active Companions I use Air & Earth Archons with Intellect Devourer & Blink Dog
Currently using R12 x3 for Bonding & x3 Avenger items, you can get Adorable Bite for BiS but it should be one of the last things you invest AD on, Master if you are on a tight budget
Adorable Pocket Pet & Tymora's Lucky Coin are both great for active consumables
For Mount Power, get whatever you need, I'm using Power but the 25% AP gain is best
**Disclaimer**
A large majority of the information is a collective of the research, testing & hard work done by such people as Daigotsu, Vell Crow, Fernu Stormborn among several others, some of it is my own theorycrafting and testing but the large majority is their information. I've spent a great deal of time sifting through all of the Fury SW posts over the last several months determining what is no longer relevant and what still is, combined with Fernu's video examples of the spec in action and some testing of my own. As for Damnation, the current version is my own, however, it was heavily based on that of Vell Crowe's just modernized and adapted to a slightly different playstyle, group composition, etc. This is overdue and being done to aid those either new to SW, don't have the time or desire to sift through the posts in the Fury forum but want the information, or for those who just aren't happy with how their SW is performing and want information without the aggravation of testing and wasting AD.
P.S. If you want more Fury SW action look up Fernu Stormborn on YouTube, he has a lot of videos demonstrating the power of Fury, which is a lot of fun. Unfortunately there are no Damnation SW channels I could recommend and I don't do videos often myself as my PC doesn't like it very much.
Fun Stuffs:
Hardest hit in any dungeon - eToS end boss:
[Combat (Party)] Aylenn deals 77351560 (11535322) FireDamage to High Priestess Syndryth with Murderous Flames.
Hardest hit on Orcus - 27.85 million after all combat procs were done:
[23:04] [Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Killing Flames deals 2386916 (774974) Fire Damage to Orcus.
[23:04] [Combat (Self)] Your Executioner's Gift deals 2483469 (806323) Necrotic Damage to Orcus.
[23:04] [Combat (Self)] Your Radiant Weapon deals 989844 Radiant Damage to Orcus.
[23:04] [Combat (Self)] Your Murderous Flames deals 21996542 (7141748) Fire Damage to Orcus.
Fastest CN run as Damnation - ~11 minutes
Hardest hit from Soul Puppet - 31 million , this hasn't been repeated and I'm not 100% certain of all circumstance, it was on the 2nd boss in CN with DC/GF/OP/HR , I believe it was AS + HG + DG + CS + KV + ITF + HR buff in addition to a lantern, Perfect Dread, various consume buffs and possibly something else. I know the abilities to proc it were BoVA + Dreadtheft.
Fastest eDemo as Fury WITHOUT bugging it - 6:43
**Tip** In order to avoid bugging eDemo as Fury simply avoid 1 shotting him with KF until Silver achievement is announced. This means if he is half or lower DO NOT drop a KF with full buffs & debuffs, wait for buffs to pass or avoid KF. If you time it properly you can get a big KF on pull to bring him low, wait for Silver to announce, takes like 3-4 seconds, then finish him. There are no time or portal requirements, just have to wait for the game to register & acknowledge you've earned Silver before his death, 1 shotting him before this point will bug him nearly every time.
