Ocrus Set Scaling with Buffs

The orcus set is scaling with all buffs and from my understanding artifacts sets are not intended to interact in this way. Thus part of the reason for the lostmauth change. Unbuffed runs the lostmauth set after patch is on parr with orcus but with gf and dc buffs it's a different story. This needs investigated because it's a bit ridiculous that a 2.8 GWF with no guild boons, legendary mounts, and R12 gems can nearly beat a 4k HR who is highly experienced and skilled at there class. Then turn around in a unbuffed dungeon run and the HR stomps the GWF.

    Well, if this is case, I guess it was expected. I mean, they will have an excuse to nerf the set in the future and force players to get a new replacement (*cough cough* $$$ *cough cough*).

    No I can not xbox doesn't have ACT.
