Copying NWO onto another PC via ext HDD

So i want to give a friend of mine neverwinter to play, but i get some error when trying to copy it to his ext hdd, and also it gave my game a 2 gig patch just for copying the Cryptic folder with all the game files in it.

anyone know of any way to properly copy it across without any need for patches?

    he doesn't have any files relating to the game whatsoever, the error is saying that his hdd doesn't have enough space when it has over 1 tb free space. and when i try copy my file it then gave me a 2 gig patch, i want to be able to copy it to him without that happening
