New Bug - Stuck Companion Window

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Since the update, when I go to view a companion then refine one of the enchantments I lose the ability to select the next enchantment or item. No options other than exiting are available so I have to go out of the menu and back in to see/change/refine the next item on that companion.

    I had the same issue before the update. I think its a long standing one.

    +1 The issue has been there for months.
    I find it happens less frequently if you go directly to the Companions screen instead of using the LB/RB to navigate to it from the Character screen.
