Connection Timed Out (continued)

I had hoped that the "Infrastructure" Maintanence this week would have fixed my login connection issues.

WRONG.

In fact, it is getting WORSE.
Connection Timed Out for Login Server
Connection Timed Out for Gameserver (new)
Waiting for Response from Account Server
Getting Maps
Retrieving List of Characters
(individual characters take FOREVER to load their display)


Any response as to what is causing this?
No, it isn't on my end.

    I have asked, and multiple people I know in various parts of the US and world have reported the same thing.
