order of the pandora knights recurting and a quistion

Good Day
the "order of the pandora knights is currantly recurting we are new but hope to grow fast.
There are only two things we wish all new recurts to do 1: read english.
2: get along with the other members
othere wise all are welcome the only reason that we wish all members to read english is for their as well as the othr members enjoyment.
now the question:
how do I change the name of the Guild's bank slot?
I have tryed every thing I could thank of.

    To change the names of the bank slots, you go to the Permissions tab of the bank. There will be a box at the top to change the titles.

    Thank you for your advice I see where it should be but no box and even when I click on the area where the slots name should be nothing?
    is it posible for me to send you a screen shot of the slot page?

    The renaming of Bank tabs has been broken since Alliances came out.
