Requirements: at least 20 years old, mic, don't be a terrible person. Still here? Read on.
Entry/daily requirements: there are no entry requirements. Given our low number of players, we do ask you grab some influence, but only 400 per week is mandatory. We will also help you gather it.
Background: Exsilium Reditum (exiles returned) is a guild founded by a bunch of people that were tired of guild drama. Determined to keep it that way, our guild is designed with a permanently drama free environment in mind.
Advancement: you will never get past rank 3 unless someone quits the game, or our guild becomes so large that we can't manage it with our existing 6 leaders/officers. This is not a bad thing, it keeps jaded new comers from guild theft and drama. Upon being recruited you will spend a certain amount of time at rank 1 until we are sure you are good people. This means being in a party with people and getting to know each other. Advancing from 2 to 3 takes time. Advancements are NOT donation based. You can not buy our love. We have some rank 3 members who have never donated more than a bit of influence here and there. We have some rank 1s that we have never really spoke with, and as such they remain at rank 1.
To join: let me know if you want in, will get you in a party and figure out whether you are acceptably not terrible. (Sarcasm is more than welcome. Just not drama)
Technical stuff: SH rank 5, have defense boon, working on armor pen.

Side note for our Lady Gamers out there, one of our two leaders is female, as well as one of our two rank 6's. I've heard stories of females being treated as inferior, and just wanted to point out that our guild doesn't tolerate that. Someone's privates don't dictate how good or bad they are at a game.
