Currently upgrading to 5, we're getting there. Though finding an alliance might prove a task on it's own since it seems requirements to join one are ( from our perspective ) rather high.
I think, that this numbers are wrong, bc many more active players are in bigger guilds. I saw, that at last one of our other guild members posted here.

On PC, my guild, Team Fencebane, is working towards our Rank 10 guild hall right now. My new Xbox guild is just getting started and we are working on rank 4 guild hall over there.
My opinions are my own. According to this, the majority of guilds are maxed out or about to be maxed out. I doubt that. Most are probably GH 12 or less.
oh I don't know. I have no trouble imagining that about 20 PvP guilds (and perhaps an elite PvE guild or 2) droppped quite a ton of money/grind on SH. I was expecting more actually.
I don't believe you have that many active PvP guilds. There are only 2-3 big pvp guids.
But more importantly, and looks like this is a recurring problem in the forums, the poll is in no way an indicator of how many guilds at what rank! "According to this, the majority of guilds are maxed out or about to be maxed out." Is totally incorrect.
It's not a Representative Sample, just by the poll being on the forums. Furthermore it's not filtered by guild, all the 18-19 voters can be from a single guild. The poll doesn't measure the number of guilds, and without knowing the total number of active forum users, it actually can't even measure the correlation between guild rank and tendency to answer forum polls - perhaps the only thing it could have otherwise. Bottom line it can't measure anything.
Not saying anything bad about making polls, they are fun, I'm saying that getting data from them when there is none, is not a good thing.

Exactly the same size as everyone else's as the Guild Halls are all the same size regardless of their Rank or Level >:)
