Unable to complete quest

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
On the quest to get the Bruenor's Helm artifact that you get from Captain Belgold, I made it to chapter 9 which is the final chapter. After completing it, it still acts like it's incomplete and wont let me turn it in. Have abandoned and re-tried 5 times and it does the same every time. I need help with this as I am unable to get the artifact until the quest is completed, and allows me to turn it in. Thanks.

    Try asking support? Im not sure this will be something the Devs will look into unless more come up saying they are having this issue as well.

    I am pretty that same thing happened to mine, two of ran through the final chapter and only one of us was able to turn it in. I think all I did was to run through it again alone, I did not drop the quest and pick it back up. Have you tried replaying CH8 first, maybe that could reset something for you.

    Same thing happened to me first time I ran it with a guild Friend and a fellow guildie also had similar problem. We figured it was due to only one of us talking to Bruenor lying on the ground at the end - when you finish killing the Nalfeshnee it gives you the next step "Help Bruenor to his feet" you need to compete that before you speak to him at the end when he is on the throne. If you run it with a partner and they do 'help him to his feet bit' it won't give you that option so when you speak to him on the throne at the end it won't give you the reward. I re-ran chapter 9 solo and found I was able to complete it without any problem and I got the helm. So not sure if that helps but it worked for me. My fellow guild friend re-ran it with a partner but made sure he spoke to the guy lying on the ground which triggered the reward at the end (not his partner). Hope you are able to get it sorted.

    Four of us did it together and we had to run it four times as it doesn't seem to want to give it to everyone in one go. It didn't take long to red it though.

    yeah Itried support they sent me over here. I have not tried running it alone so I will give that a shot, Ihave spoke to breuner to help him up every time and I have run it over 5x. Iam not sure how to run a previous chapter because when you abandon and pick back up to run again it starts you at chapter 9.
