Guild Boons stopped working

I`ll just write a brief description as I do not have any proof, I did hit record the last 5mins but it only caught me leaving my Guild and then returning etc.
Anyway I had checked my stats screen and the Defence Boon and Arm Pen Boon had stopped working and no longer showing. Usually when you highlight either Arm Pen or Defence it will say "buffs" and something like +3000. This was missing and my Arm Pen had dropped to 51% etc.
As they are the only Boons unlocked you cannot un-select them and re-apply them or anything. I tried changing zones to PE, SH, WoD etc all with the same results. I also did a hard reset of my xbox and modem etc.
In the end I had to leave the Guild and come back, this allowed me to select the boons again and now they show in my stats again.
This could have something to do with re-speccing, re-rolling or Class Re-Roll as I did all of those.
I suggest everyone check their stats screen and check that they are receiving the Guild Boons on the stats screen. Another member of my Guild also had to leave and come back.

I tested out re-speccing a few times and it was fine... I have a funny feeling it was the Race Re-roll token that I had used.
