Arc app is not syncing points

Has anyone else had this issue I completed all the challenges some time ago but I just realised there is a rewards programme which has a heavy mystic nightmare as a reward.

My problems comes when I attempt to redeem points it simply does nothing other then move the tab to rewards with no arc points being added or shown.

I have done the basic uninstall/install and still nothing, so has anyone else had this issue and got a easy fix I would love to get a purple flaming horsey

    you have to contact the customer care, theres no fix.

    I have the same issue. I've submitted a ticket and their initial suggestion was to clear the cache but that hasn't worked. I'm waiting for further instructions. I recommend sending a ticket too, so they can determine if this is a persistent, multiple account issue.

    Did you link your Xbox account with ARC when you first started? That would be my question if no points are showing up. No other ideas.

    I did yes. I was being credited for achievements on ARC...then it just stopped. :( Luckily, Xbox still lists my achievements so I can use those as proof of task completion.

    Same as saeri it even says at the top I'm logged in as me and I have used the app to redeem a code previously, which worked fine.

    I'll put a ticket in and keep my fingers crossed I'm able to claim the purple horse it would go so well with my current outfit.

    Good luck, it is almost impossible to get the Nightmare. It isn't even possible without the 4 dragon SH kill, unless you have PC points, too.

    I had the same problem and it seemed as if my points were being counted just fine until the last mod update. I finally got the Kill 1000 dragons achievement and was looking forward to my new mount but the Arc App just seemed to have stopped counting my points.

    I submitted a ticket but there is no fix in the immediate future from the sounds of their reply. Very disappointing to say the least.

    I looked at my achievement logs and the last one credited was for May 02, 2016 at ~7:00pm. I'm not saying there's a correlation with the Maze Engine update, but the dates seem to line up. I mentioned it in my last ticket response.

    ecrana and proudbowdy, it's worth including the last date you were credited achievement in your ticket. We can build a case or steer the investigation in the right direction if it's around the same date.

    Good catch saeri. I'll have to check the last credited achievement in the arc app when I get home. I do know that I earned the Kill 1000 Dragons achievement on May 6th and was not credited for it. I also earned the Castle Never achievement that week so if I didn't get credit for it then I think it adds more validity to the theory.

    I have no credit for any of it all the challenges are linked to achievements, iv done them all minus the newest achievements

    this is so weird i have been playing neverwinter since mid 2015 and still playing when check my account on arcgames it says i haven't played any arcgames did a lot achievements but i can't see any points on my arc account any suggestion how to fix it will be helpfull and by the way i did linked ty.

    I think everyone is having that problem my arc points have completely stopped too I've killed all four dragons multiple times got Xbox achievement but no arc points hell I haven't even got arc points for getting 2 characters to lvl 70 when I have 3 at 70 lol and when you start a new character they don't give you any arc points for that either
