Increase chances for green/rare quality in resonant bug !!!

in Player Feedback (PC)
100% chance to find a minor resonance stone ...? and 30% for a green...?
what's the chance for a rare resonance stone...? 0.01 %. ... just ridiculous....
cryptic doesn't want to reward players with max rank professions....
on the other hand blizzard's wow does reward players for maxed professions....

    This is the most valuable item to farm (when you consider the time you need to invest - a few clicks every day - done).
    It is a fine reward.
