Tooltip : Entering stealth increase the power rating of your next attack by 10/40/60/80/100 %.

I tried with and without that parangon feat. Damage is the same, power doesn't increase. No effect at all.

    Check your power. Stealth and quickly open the char screen. You will see that your base power (everything that comes from boons and gear but not buffs) is doubled, with rank4.
    The issue with this feat is that 'works' on every damage instance you do. So if you already have bleed stacks, and the bleed ticks just after you stealth, and before you use the encounter you want, it will be 'used' on the bleed tick and will be wasted.

    To be effective it should work like SoD now, from encounters only.

    How about you stealth and do a Shocking execution? I did it, and it was same damages with or without that feat.
