Why can I no longer set the options to show my own name?

This is a recent problem. I'm used to seeing my own name and health stats but now I can't change those in Options. The boxes won't function and they stay clicked to Never (or if you're lucky) Mouse Over.

For some reason the function to change them is not working. Please change this so they work again.

    Come on guys, fix this. It's worked since the game launched and now it's not. It's GOT to be a simple fix.
