I think if we do what i propose for pvp would be more balanced at level 70 and all levels!!!
First Domination and gg should show avaibilty depending on you GS and it should be exclusive, meaning if you have 2.6k IL GS you can only play on that range of domination, so you have different ranges depending on your GS, like:
Ranges at level 70:
Range 1= 1.7k -2.5k
Range 2= >2.5k -3.5k
Range 3=>3.5k-4k
Range 4=>4k
If you have 2.6k you can only play on the second range, and after you queue your character you cannot change your gear to a higher level gear, only same level or less.
Weapon and armor Enchanting should also be level dependent as all gear is
so leve 60-69 you can only use lesser and normal enchants
level 70 depends on the range you are
Range 1= greater
Range 2= perfect
Range 3= pure
Range 4= trans
This is good so you wont have a level 70 player with 2k GS and trans items making pancakes out of other players with 2k GS with newb items.
Normal enchantments should also be level dependent
level 30-39 rank 1-2 enchants
level 40-49 rank 3-4 enchants
level 50-59 ranks 5-6 enchants
level 60-69 rank 7-8 enchants
level 70 depends on the range you are in
Range 1= rank 9 enchants
Range 2= rank 10 enchants
Range 3= rank 11 enchants
Range 4= rank 12 enchants
This is good cause this way you don't have a level 60 character running with a level 12 enchants abusing of others players.
I chose the ranges based on nothing, so maybe you guys can make the ranges better.
You should also have an option to chose domination with boons and without it, so players that have no boons can fight each other and if they want to take chances with players that have boons they can also do it!
I think my idea is good cause it forces to all players have almost same gear at their current range by GS. So fights go all by skills and not on who's more overpowered.

stop trying to balance anything around pvp in the game - looking at forums pve:pvp is like 10:1
and there will always be a overpowered or broken combo,
so let pvpers each roll a gf or gwf or whatever is the hot shat atm and fight each other with it
and spend the few developer time that this game has on the part most people do pve.

Pure -> Transcendent Plague Fire weapon enchantment giving 80damge/20 seconds for 500k+ AD is a joke.

the critics assume that a new pvp system will only apply to the current pvp base, this is not true. There are ALOT of people who left the game because pvp was unplayable. This is the reason why the pve:pvp ratio is 10:1.
A new system will increase the pvp player base, newbs wont get pwnd in their first match by ego farming losers with r10s on a lvl29 char and then give-up on pvp and possibly the entire game before they even hit 70.
Any change to pvp balancing will be a good change.
