Reclamation Rock

Hi,I just got done helping captain dunsfield in memorial hills and finished the Reclamation rock series and I have plenty of the power things,but I am unable to claim Aiding Captain dunsfield reward in the campaign window,ive got the severed snake head as well 10 of the promises of power but it wont let me use them,please any help would be much welcomed.
